Before work starts, we agree practical arrangements for your absence: access to the property, approvals and progress reporting.

We start with how you use the space and the condition it is in.

Protecting retained features, stripping out old elements and arranging construction waste disposal.

We define service and layout changes based on the property, design and coordination with the relevant trades.

Partitions, plasterboard linings and suspended ceilings, plus surface preparation.

Substrate preparation, waterproofing where needed, tiling and finishing details.

Preparing and laying floor coverings, skim coating, sanding and painting walls and ceilings.

Inspecting agreed work and final details, then handing over the property together.

Start with the property location, the work you have in mind and approximate measurements. We'll take it from there.

Send photos of the existing space and the parts you want to change. A floor plan helps if you have one.

We inspect the property, including existing surfaces, access and the details that may affect the job.

Your quote sets out the work, materials and the basis for the quantities.

Before starting, we settle the work, timing, materials and how we'll stay in touch.

We work through the agreed stages and discuss any changes before carrying them out.

At the end, we check the completed work and finishing details together.
Quantities are measured by item: walls, ceilings, floors, services and strip-out are not one renovation area. The quote states the work and materials covered by each price. Protection, removal and waste disposal must be expressly defined. An initial estimate is not a firm quotation; additional work needs your approval before it proceeds.
Yes. An enquiry may cover one room, one type of work or a complete renovation. Our quote makes clear what is included and excluded.
Send the location, approximate area, proposed changes and photos. Mention any plan or design. We may arrange a visit for a detailed quote.
Duration depends on the size, scope, substrate and services and material availability. We agree on the schedule after inspection.
The quote states which work and materials each unit price covers and who supplies each item. Labour and materials are not automatically priced separately. We agree on finishes and fittings before purchase and installation.
We can arrange remote communication and progress photos. We agree on updates, a contact person and decisions requiring your approval at the start.
If opening walls or removing coverings reveals extra work, we explain the finding and propose a solution. We agree on scope, price and timing before proceeding.
