We inspect the property, including existing surfaces, access and the details that may affect the job.

Your quote sets out the work, materials and the basis for the quantities.

Before starting, we settle the work, timing, materials and how we'll stay in touch.
06On-site work
We work through the agreed stages and discuss any changes before carrying them out.

The flat’s floor area is not the area of every surface we work on. Walls, ceilings, floors, strip-out and services are measured as separate items. The quote defines protection and waste disposal. Final billing follows measured completed quantities unless a fixed turnkey scope is expressly agreed. An initial estimate is not a firm quotation.

Only where stated in the quote. Removal, carrying waste out, loading, transport and disposal are distinct tasks. The quote specifies which BUILD undertakes and how each is priced.
What does a full apartment renovation include?
It may include removal, service changes, walls, ceilings, bathroom, floors and finishes. Each apartment is different; the quote specifies included work, materials and responsibilities.
How is the renovation price determined?
Area is only a starting point. Price depends on the condition, scope, materials, access and coordination. We prepare an itemised quote after inspection.
How long does an apartment renovation take?
Duration depends on scope, work sequence, materials and building conditions. We agree on timing after inspection.
Can we follow the work from outside Istria?
We can arrange remote communication and progress photos. At the start we agree on updates and decisions requiring your approval.
Do you also offer partial renovations?
Yes. Ask about the whole apartment or selected rooms. Choose partial renovation in the form and describe the work.
What should I send in my first enquiry?
Provide the location, approximate area, desired changes and photos. A floor plan, work list, floor level, lift access and preferred timing are useful.
