YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE ON SITE EVERY DAY

STAY INFORMED.
WHEREVER YOU LIVE.

Before work starts, we agree practical arrangements for your absence: access to the property, approvals and progress reporting.

  • Access: who hands over the keys and when the property is available.
  • Decisions: how materials, changes and additional work are approved before execution.
  • Updates: the agreed frequency of photos, phase summaries and next steps.
Let’s discuss your project

Where are you with your plans?

You don't need a finished brief to get in touch. Tell us what you already know, and we'll work out what is needed next.

Exploring the possibilities

Send the location, a few photographs and your ideas. An initial conversation helps establish which questions need a site visit.

Reviewing the quotation and material choices

Ready to renovate

We'll review the property's condition, access and priorities before preparing a scope and itemised quotation.

Working from drawings

If you have plans or a bill of quantities, send them through. We'll clarify the work, interfaces with other trades and responsibilities.

A practical scope for your property

Apartments, houses and holiday homes: preparation, plasterboard, painting, tiling, flooring, facade work and waterproofing can be included as agreed. Specialist work and any design or supervision requirements are defined for the individual project.

Staying in touch

Distance makes clear communication essential. Before work starts, we agree how you'll receive updates and which decisions need your approval.

One point of contact

A named contact keeps project questions, agreed decisions and information in one place.

Photos with context

We agree the frequency of updates. Photos can be accompanied by a brief account of completed work, upcoming tasks and decisions needed.

Changes discussed first

If additional work is needed, we discuss the scope, price and effect on the schedule before proceeding with the change.

Clear responsibilities

The quotation and contract set out BUILD's work and the responsibilities of any separately appointed professionals.

Before you get in touch

How do I approve additional work and arrange handover from abroad?

Before additional work proceeds, we agree on its scope, price and effect on timing and obtain your approval. The frequency of photos and updates is agreed for your project. Before completion, we settle the review arrangements, who will take part and any outstanding items; photographs do not automatically replace the agreed final inspection.

Can we start without a visit to Istria?

Yes. Send photos, drawings and a short description for an initial discussion. A site assessment may still be needed before we can make a firm quotation.

How will access be arranged?

We agree this before work begins: you can provide access yourself or nominate someone locally.

Can I send documents and photos?

Yes. Email them to info@build-grupa.hr, together with the property's location. Please include your preferred timing and contact details.
