the price?
Exterior painting is priced individually. Wall area, surface condition, preparation, repairs, the chosen coating, building height and scaffolding or access all affect the quotation. A single starting rate would not reflect every property.
The quote specifies paintable areas, preparation, repairs and coatings, and whether scaffolding, protection and waste disposal are included. Photos support an initial estimate; a firm quote needs a clarified scope and the required measurements. A new insulation system is agreed separately.

Can you simply repaint the existing facade?
That depends on the surface. Flaking coatings, damage or signs of moisture need to be assessed so that the necessary preparation and repairs can be identified first.
Does the quotation include scaffolding?
Scaffolding and access requirements vary by property. Your individual quotation states what is included.
Is repainting the same as installing external wall insulation?
Repainting renews the coating on an existing facade. Installing a new external wall insulation system is a separate scope of facade work.
Can I enquire without knowing the wall area?
