Yes. It makes sense to agree on waterproofing before ordering the finish. Levels, thresholds, drainage and junctions must work together.
Can you quote from photographs alone?
Photos help us start the conversation but cannot always show every layer. We arrange an inspection to determine the scope and solution.
Does existing tiling need to be removed?
That depends on the condition of the existing layers and selected solution. We decide after inspection.
Do you also install the final covering?
The final covering can form part of a broader scope. Our quote clearly lists the preparation, waterproofing and finishing included.
