Floor tiling, wall tiling and waterproofing are measured separately; services, removal and fitting installation are priced as agreed items. The quote states who supplies tiles and sanitary fittings and whether protection and waste disposal are included. Hidden defects and additional work are discussed before proceeding. An initial estimate is not a firm quotation.

Is waterproofing the same as tiling?
No. Waterproofing and tile installation are separate work items. The quotation specifies the areas, chosen system and treatment of junctions; new tiles do not replace the agreed waterproofing work.
Must the bathroom layout change?
Not necessarily. We assess whether to retain or change the layout based on your needs and existing services.
Who supplies tiles and fittings?
Supply is agreed in the quote. Before work starts, we coordinate the selected models, dimensions and availability with the plan.
Is floor area enough for a price estimate?
No. Wall covering area, service work, removal and finishing details also matter. Our quote is based on the agreed items.
Can the bathroom be used while work is ongoing?
Availability and any interruption depend on the scope and sequence. Tell us if it is the property's only bathroom.

Build Grupa renovated both of our apartments from top to bottom, and we're delighted with the work.
They removed the old partitions and floors, laid new screeds, tiled the hallways and bathrooms, and replaced the bedroom laminate. They also built Knauf partitions and suspended ceilings with concealed curtain tracks and lighting. Finally, they skimmed, sanded and painted throughout.
Željko deserves special praise for organising the whole job. Communication was excellent, we sorted out questions as they arose, and the result is just what we had imagined.

Build Grupa nam je odradila kompletnu adaptaciju dva apartmana i jako smo zadovoljni izvedenim radovima.
Radovi su uključivali rušenje pregradnih zidova i kompletnih podova, izradu novih glazura, postavljanje podne keramike u hodnicima, novog laminata u sobama te kompletnu keramiku u kupaonicama. Izvedeni su i novi Knauf pregradni zidovi i spušteni stropovi s nevidljivim vodilicama za zavjese i skrivenom rasvjetom. Na kraju je odrađeno kompletno gletanje, brušenje i farbanje.
Posebno bih pohvalio Željka na organizaciji i koordinaciji svih radova. Komunikacija je bila odlična, sve smo rješavali u hodu i rezultat je ispao upravo kako smo zamislili.
