Enquiries and contracts
Browsing this website, selecting calculator options or sending an enquiry does not place an order or reserve a start date. Scope, price, schedule, materials and payment arrangements are defined in a project-specific quote or contract. Work is agreed separately.
Prices and estimates
The published price guide supports initial planning. The condition of the property, quantities and selected materials can change the total. Prices show their billing unit and VAT treatment. Request a project-specific quote before deciding on the work. See the Estimate terms for more information.
Content and documents
Only share information, photos and documents you are entitled to provide. Do not send malicious files or requests that interfere with the website. Contact us about reuse of our text, photos or logo. Content carrying a separate licence may be used under that licence.
