How do the forms work?
Contact forms send the details you enter to info@build-grupa.hr so we can respond to your enquiry. Messages are not stored in an enquiry database on this website. The server may temporarily process technical data to protect against spam. The separate WhatsApp link opens a conversation in that service.
What happens when you contact us?
We use the details you send via WhatsApp or email to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and arrange work. For requests about data in your correspondence, contact us at the email address above.
External services and technical data
WhatsApp and your email provider apply their own policies. The hosting provider may keep technical logs needed to operate and secure the website.
Cookies and analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics (tag G-K8KPMGMXVK) to measure visits and improve this website. The Google script and analytics cookies, including _ga and _ga_*, are activated only after you select “Accept analytics”. Rejecting analytics does not affect enquiry forms. We store your choice in your browser’s local storage for up to 180 days. You can change it using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Advertising personalisation and Google Signals are disabled. Analytics data is processed by Google Analytics; we do not send enquiry form content or identity documents. Fonts, photographs and the map are loaded from our domain.
What should I send in an enquiry?
For an initial discussion, a location, description, approximate area and photos are enough. Please avoid sending identity documents or other people's personal details that are not needed for your enquiry.
BUILD AI and conversation records
Before you write, the chat explains that conversations are recorded and sent to BUILD GRUPA to reply and handle project enquiries, even if you do not submit the final form. You may provide email during the conversation; it is required for a confirmed enquiry, while mobile is optional. Unconfirmed conversations are labelled transcripts, not confirmed orders or job enquiries.
Project descriptions and optional photos are processed through the OpenAI API to answer. Recorded email is removed from model context. PDF and other attachments are sent with your confirmed enquiry. Do not provide sensitive information, identity documents or unnecessary third-party data.
Transcripts are sent after inactivity; confirmed enquiries are sent immediately. Unsent private queue entries are retained up to 7 days; content is removed from the queue after mail acceptance. Delivered email is retained by BUILD according to its purpose and obligations. Details are used to answer your request and prepare a quote, without marketing enrolment. Contact info@build-grupa.hr for access, correction, deletion or objection. Phone and the contact form are alternatives to chat.
