What BUILD can undertake
BUILD takes on clearly defined construction work. We coordinate other companies only if we agree to that separately.

How we work with investors
We review the available documents and visit the property when needed.
We define the scope, bill of quantities, materials and responsibilities.
We agree the sequence of work and communication during execution.
We confirm changes and additional work before carrying them out.
We review completed items and any defects together at the end.

Follow progress when you are away from site
We'll agree on the rhythm and format of updates for your project. They may cover photos, progress, the decisions you need to make and what happens next; the agreement sets out the details.

Frequently asked questions
Is an initial estimate a firm quotation?
No. An estimate uses the information supplied; the quotation follows clarification of the scope and the required measurements. Prices cover only the described items. Waste disposal, removal, protection and scaffolding have an explicit status, and extra work needs prior approval.
Does BUILD deliver every part of a project?
The proposal will say exactly which work BUILD will do. Coordination of other contractors needs a separate agreement.
How do I get a proposal?
Send us the location, a short description and any drawings you have. Once we've clarified the work and whether a visit is needed, we can prepare a proposal.
How is extra work handled?
We agree its scope and effect on price and timing before carrying it out.
Can I follow work remotely?
Yes. We can agree on progress photos, updates and a way to flag decisions that need your input.
When can you start?
We'll confirm availability once we understand the work and check our current schedule.
