What do the enquiry forms do?
The calculator and forms help you select the work type, area, location and other enquiry details. They help you prepare an enquiry through the website form, which you submit by email. The separate WhatsApp link opens that service if you choose to use it. Selecting options does not create a payment obligation.
Indicative price and project quote
Prices and ranges in the guide are not a final bill of quantities for your property. We prepare a project quote based on the agreed scope, quantities, substrate condition, selected system and access. The quote identifies whether labour, materials, transport, protection, waste removal and other related costs are included.
How are areas measured?
The floor area of an apartment is not the same as the wall and ceiling area to be painted. Painting prices marked €/m² refer to the treated surface. For renovations, the quote defines the included area and measurement method. Bathroom and terrace prices in the guide are per project.
VAT and displayed prices
BUILD GRUPA d.o.o. currently does not charge VAT under Article 90(1) of the Croatian VAT Act. No additional 25% VAT is added to the displayed prices. The final amount for the agreed scope and the applicable tax treatment are stated in the quote.
Information needed for an estimate
Provide the location, existing condition, approximate quantities, photos and preferred timing. Structural work or special requirements need appropriate design documentation and inspection. A website estimate does not replace a design, professional inspection or required approvals.
Additional work and scheduling
Hidden defects and later scope changes may require revisions to quantities, cost and schedule. These items need a separate agreement. A work date is confirmed after the scope is agreed; a website enquiry does not reserve a date.
