From the first conversation
to handover.
Inspection and planning
We visit the property, identify the priorities and look at how the different jobs fit together. If you already have drawings or a bill of quantities, we'll go through them with you.
Quote and agreement
Your quote will spell out the work, materials and responsibilities. We agree on timing and payment terms for your particular project.
Preparation and delivery
Before starting, we plan the sequence, protect the property and check that materials will be ready. We also agree on how we'll keep in touch during the job.
Changes during work
If extra work becomes necessary, we agree on its scope and effect on cost and timing before proceeding with that item.
Final inspection
We walk through the finished work together, record anything that needs attention and arrange the handover.
