Repainting, substrate repairs and a new external wall insulation system (ETICS) are different scopes. The quote defines elevation measurements, openings and details, and whether scaffolding, protection, removal and waste disposal are included. An initial estimate is not a firm quotation.

Identify elements to keep during the inspection. Their protection and treatment at transitions are included in the agreed scope.
Do you repair facades without adding insulation?
Yes. Your enquiry may cover repairs, painting or a new facade system. After inspection we match the work to its condition and your goals.
Is scaffolding included?
Scaffolding and access depend on the property. The quote states whether scaffolding is included and to what extent.
How do you choose materials and the final appearance?
We consider the design, substrate and desired appearance, and agree on materials and finishes before ordering.
